At Sports Marine, our number one priority is to ensure our customers are happy with their new boat. We want you to feel confident while on the water so you can get the most out of your investment and not have to worry about what could go wrong or costly repairs in the future which is why we have developed a comprehensive pre-delivery audit for each and every boat before it is delivered, covering up to 920 individual checks, you can be assured your boat is ready to hit the water.

Nimbus Warranty

Nimbus offers a limited warranty for 12 months from the date of handover. Please refer to the owner’s manual or contact us for a full warranty policy document.

Rae Line Warranty

Rae Line offers all boats sold for recreational use to the original owner a limited lifetime structural hull & deck warranty. Rae Line offers a two-year express limited bow-to-stern warranty on the boat and its components, excluding the engine and trailer from defects in materials or workmanship. Sports Marine Pre-Owned Warranty

Unless specifically excluded by the purchaser, all pre-owned boats sold by Sports Marine are sold with a three-month warranty on the boat and its components, including engine(s) and trailer. An extended warranty from three months to either six or twelve months can be purchased prior to delivery of the pre-owned vessel to the purchaser.

The warranty policy for all new boats sold by Sports Marine excludes the engine & trailer warranty, which is handled separately. All new MerCruiser engines come with a two-year parts and labour warranty and a three-year corrosion warranty. All new Mercury outboards come with a 3+3 parts and labour warranty, which is a 3-year standard warranty, plus a 3-year warranty extension if the recommended service schedule is followed. All new Volvo Penta engines come with a 24-month parts and labour warranty, extended Volvo Penta warranties can be purchased up to 90 days following the warranty registration. All new MAN engines come with a 24-month parts and labour warranty, extended warranties can be purchased at the time of sale. All new trailers come with a 12-month warranty.

Where Sports Marine is the importer of the boat, engine, and trailer package, Sports Marine is responsible for processing and handling all warranty claims. All warranty or potential warranty issues must be referred to Sports Marine in the first instance. All warranty repairs must be complete or pre-authorised by Sports Marine Limited.
